Refund Policy

 

Share Sale Service
Our brokerage fee is paid by you from share sale proceeds upon the successful sale of your shares; therefore, we do not offer a refund or return policy for share sale fees.

Finding Shares Service
Our fee for finding shares is payable per share parcel that we attempt to locate, and is payable regardless of whether we are able to find your shares or not.  No refund is offered if we are unable to locate your shares.

The ability for us to successfully locate your shares is determined by the quality of the information you provide us; the name and address you supply must EXACTLY match the name and address held by the share registry.  We are charged fees for every search we conduct with share registries.

Delivery Policy

 

Share Sale Service
After submitting a share sale, we will verify your details and shareholding and email you a pre-completed share sale form.  To complete the share sale, you must sign the form and return it to us via email, as well as satisfy identification requirements. We will sell your shares at the best market price and the proceeds of sale are deposited into your bank account.  Most of our share sales are completed within 2 business day of you returning the signed form (via email) and satisfying identification requirements.

Finding Shares Service
When you submit a request for us to find your shares, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.  We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to locate your shares within 1 business day and notify you of the outcome via email.  If you wish to inquire about a delivery please contact us at [email protected].

Security Policy

 

Sell My Shares use the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.  eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • The complete credit card number cannot be viewed by us or any outside party.
  • All transactions are performed under a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate.
  • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
  • eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
  • eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Sell My Shares Pty Ltd.
